By creating an account or using Desk you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace.

Use the service lawfully and in line with our acceptable use policy. Do not use it to send unsolicited messages, to harass people, or to interfere with the service or other customers.

You keep ownership of the content and contact data you add. You allow us to process it only to provide and secure the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. Prices may change for future periods with notice. Taxes are added where they apply.

We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or retire features with reasonable notice.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if required by law. Some sections continue to apply after the agreement ends.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
